We invite all parents to participate in the Fall Drive every year, while BCE volunteers educate our community about BCE’s mission and the positive impact our grant makes on every child in the district. The sooner and more accurately BCE forecasts donations from our parent donor base, the more volunteer resources we can focus on non-parent sources of funding.
Donations made during the Fall Drive or anytime throughout the year count towards a family’s annual campaign donation.

Fun Family Activities During the 2022 Read-a-thon
Books and Burgers at Maverick Jack’s
BCE is proud to once again be partnering with Maverick Jack's on Wednesday, January 26, during the BCE Read-a-thon. This year, your child will be able to earn reading minutes while enjoying a delicious meal. Kids are encouraged to bring a book to exchange at Maverick Jack's Little Free Library, located in front of the restaurant. Maverick Jack’s will donate 12% of sales for dine in or take out orders for diners who mention BCE Read-a-thon.
Wednesday, January 26 from 11am - 2pm and 5 - 8pm; 1190 California Drive

Stop by the BCE table at the Burlingame library and choose a free book.
Saturday, January 22 from 1-3pm; 480 Primrose Road
